04 Mar ACTIVATE YOUR PLACE OF HAPPINESS: THYMUS THUMP
The thymus gland is the bridge between the body and the brain, called the “Place of Happiness”, located between the heart and throat chakra, about 2 fingers down from the top of the breastbone. The greek word thymus means “life force.”
The gland produces T-cells and educates them about which cells are friend and which are foe, sending them to attack only foreign cells. It’s main role is completed in childhood. After puberty begins, the gland shrinks, though still providing enough support throughout life.

Would you like to:
• Boost your immune system (some even say reduces allergies)
• increase strength and vitality
• reduce panic attacks and anxiety
Tap your thymus with your first two knuckles 10-20 times per day to help stimulate the gland. Add this to your morning routine for a boost in health and vitality.
How do you know it’s been activated? You may feel a shivery/tingly sensation along with a sense of well-being and joy. You’ll know you’ve found your “happiness place!”
