04 Jan Class focus for March 2011: Body Appreciation
O.k., so we’ve all spent the last few weeks at holiday events eating plenty of goodies and a few pounds have probably crept on. We’re back to yoga class now, and we are on the right track to get our bodies and minds back in shape. While we are working on re-energizing our practice, lets honor our bodies–their strength, beauty and resilience! Our body is the only one we’ll have (in this lifetime, anyway). It’s seen us through success and loss, love and pain, challenge and growith. It will be with us for the journey yet to come. Let’s treat them like the temples that they are and appreciate them for every experience that they has given us. See you on the mat!
