05 Oct Class Focus for Sept. 29th -Oct 12, 2010: FREEDOM! Moon Sals, Spine Openers & Side Body Lengtheners
O.k., so what does openness in the spine lead to? Lightness, Freedom and Energy. Who doesn’t want more of those? For these two weeks, we’ll be doing asanas that do just that. We’ll also be doing Moon Salutations. Moon salutations contain lunges, squats and spine openers that create a cool, but lasting energy. They also increase the balance and functioning of the nervous, musculoskeletal, respiratory, circulatory, endocrine and digestive systems.
