18 Oct Class Focus Oct. 13-Oct. 26th: Let’s flow!
With special attention to the breath, we’ll be saluting the sun Ashtanga Style with sanskrit countdown. We’ll flow through some Warriors, practice Bakasana (crow pose) and at the studios we’ll practice Pincha Mayurasana (forearm balance) in groups of three. Some intense shoulder stretches will top off the class! Can’t wait to see you! Enjoy the beautiful fall weather, everyone.
