Eat healthy, not because you hate your habits, but because you love yourself.
2/3 of adults are overweight or obese
50% of U.S. adults are sick, 70% take a prescription drug, and more than 50% take at least two drugs.
The sad truth is that most of our population is sick, overweight, mentally or emotionally unhealthy. The great news though, is that most of these can be corrected by eating a whole food, plant based diet, and exercising! Consider your body like a Ferrari. What fuel would you put in it? How would you treat it?
What if this year you devoted yourself to loving yourself more? How would your habits shift naturally?
