Action is one of the best remedies for fear. Today do one thing that scares you. It can be anything from trying a new class at the gym or yoga studio, to trying one of those alien looking fruits or vegetables at the store that you have no idea how to eat or prepare or stepping outside the box at work and doing something that you are afraid of failing at.
