WHAT IS YOUR GOAL THIS FALL?: Elevate your mental state Monday


I was speaking with a couple of friends last week who mentioned the goals they had set for themselves, personally, financially and professionally, when I realized something: I didn’t have any! Goals are important to set you on a course to achieving what you want in life. Also, when you have a plan or outline, you can let go of worrying about the future because you are doing something about it now–and you can live more fully in the present. Here’s a brief and easy outline for some goal setting:

It doesn’t matter if the goals you set are too high and you only achieve half of them, or if you set attainable goals that might be smaller. What matters is that you set some. So, what’s your goal?
