Take time to notice
Take time slow down, clear your mind and simply notice what’s going on. Perhaps you notice what a beautiful day it is, some pretty flowers, the cloud formations or a dog smiling (come on, you know they do!) while going for a walk. The more that we can train ourselves to NOTICE what is going on in the present, the more we are engaged, mindful, free and calm. WARNING: stringing together more and more moments like these can lead to happiness!
