08 Sep I get knocked down, and I get up again!
When children practice something new, especially something physical, they will try 1,000 times until they get it. When we adults try something new, like a an arm balance or inversion in yoga class, we have every excuse why we can’t do it. Our arms are too short, we don’t have the strength, our legs are too long. We must foster our childlike selves, practice until all is coming–and have fun doing it! This is true off the mat, too. We will face challenges and setbacks often in life. It’s how we overcome, learn and grow from those challenges that determines our success and happiness.
