13 May INDULGE IN GUAC AND JICAMA CHIPS!
Here’s my recipe:
FOR THE GUAC:
Chop up about 4 Ripe Avos
1/2 Cup Chopped Red Onion
3 Chopped Roma Tomatoes, seeds removed to lessen harmful lectins
Note: I like my salsa with lots of onions and tomatoes – you may wish to modify
Stir together, then add the juice of 1/2 of large lemon or whole lemon if tiny. Add a couple of shakes of Cumin and 1/2 tsp salt.
FOR THE JICAMA CHIPS: Peel the Jicama and slice thinly. Sprinkle with lemon juice and Trader Joe’s chile and lime seasoning.
