13 Jul July 7th-July 20th Class Focus: Practice infused with a little extra core, balances and the spirit of playfullness
Our practice for these two weeks will include a little extra on the abdominal strength (Uddiyana Bandha anyone? : ) We’ll be doing some Ardha Chandrasanas (1/2 Moon balance), Virabhadrasna III (Warrior III) and Utthita Hasta Padangusthasana ( Extended hand to big toe pose). You know how kids can try some new thing like a handstand on the grass? They try, fall down, laugh and try again. Let’s find that old feeling and have fun with our practice without worrying about the outcome. See you all in class!
