Modify Your Language for Major Manifestation

I Want…

I’m Trying To…

I Wish that…

Does this sound like you? Using language like this keeps you in lack, and stuck in a state of wanting. Trying and wanting tells your subconscious mind that you are in a desiring state for something to happen later on, in the future. So what do you get when you tell yourself that? More desiring, more wanting! It reinforces the lack.

Your subconscious mind is ready to take direction from you! Think of your subconscious mind as a 5 year old. It works best with short, positive, present tense directions.

Do you think this would work well with a five year old? “Hey buddy, if you clean up your room later and stop arguing with Johnny for a while, I’ll give you some kind of reward at the end of next month.”  Probably not! Not specific enough and not present oriented!

The same goes for our subconscious mind. We’ve got to be more direct. We’ve got to tell ourselves EXACTLY what we want to manifest.

I recently worked with a client who was in the hospital due to Crohn’s disease. He’d lost so much weight and was down to 80lbs. In formulating beliefs at the subconscious level, you might see that the following goal statements would not be optimal to run his operating system:
I want to get better.
I hope I can feel good again.
I wish my body would be healthy again.

NO! We must refuse to dwell on numbers on a medical screen or being weak or sick, because we’ll be offered experiences to match.

To make a big positive shift in our health, we need powerful, direct statements that tell the body what to do. These would be some of the beliefs we have running in our operating system:
I AM PERFECT HEALTH.
I AM 100% HEALTHY.
MY BODY HEALS ITSELF QUICKLY & EFFICIENTLY
I AM STRONG
ALL THINGS ARE POSSIBLE

Our subconscious mind is waiting for our input, and acts on what we program into it. It responds to our suggestions. It doesn’t understand the difference between what we experience in our imagination vs. what we experience in our day.

Decide on a habit or belief (a belief is just a thought you think over and over) you’d like to be running on automatic within your system. Make sure your statement, thoughts, and actions are phrased in the positive and are present oriented.

Get into the FEELING OF IT! Use as many rich sensory details as you can to feel and visualize it.

You have the power to impress upon your subconscious mind any I AM of your choosing. Choose well, my friends!
