25 Oct Oct. 27th – Nov. 9th Class Focus: Focus Your Attention
Throughout class, where do your eyes wander? Where does your mind wander? Are you looking at other students, your watch, your big toenail? For this class focus, we will pay close attention to our drishti, connecting our gaze to our action within the asana. We’ll have some nice leg and hip work, and space permitting, do Trikonasana (triangle) and Ardha Chandrasana (half-moon balance) against a wall. Astavakrasana (8 angle pose) will be our fun arm balance. See you all there!
