Ever found it hard to bring the hands together in Eagle? Here’s the trick: Thread the fingers together 1st, then flatten the palms out in prayer for the pose. Voila! Remember to bring the palms right in between your eyes. Don’t worry if you can’t bring the palms together. Press whatever you can–it’s all about the squeeze to activate lymph nodes and open joints. You can press the backs of the hands together or even give yourself a hug, holding on to opposite shoulders with your hands. Remember, you don’t have to do the deepest level of the pose to be doing yoga. If you are moving and stretching your body, you’re doing it!
