With the right leg forward squeeze the top of the L buttock. You can place a finger there and feel the muscle pop up when you activate it. Notice how that strengthens your entire back leg, allowing you to better roll to the outer edge of the back foot. Become the pose – a strong warrior, supported from the ground up.
